Rainbow Roll California Mix Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • Sushi shrimp
  • Sushi rice
  • Salmon
  • Akami
  • Madai
  • Ora King
  • Hamachi
  • California crab mix
  • Avocado
  • Cucumber
  • Spicy mayo
  • Furikake

Steps:

  1. Combine crab mix with jalapeños and green onions.
  2. Line bundt mold with plastic wrap and add a layer of rice.
  3. Add a layer of crab mix, avocado, and cucumber. Top with another layer of rice.
  4. Flip and remove mold. Top with sliced fish, drizzle with spicy mayo and furikake.

Seaweed Salad with Octopus and Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • Seaweed salad mix
  • Sliced shrimp
  • Sliced octopus
  • Lemon slices
  • Sesame seeds

Steps:

  1. Mix seaweed in a bowl, plate and top with sliced seafood, lemon, and sesame.

Miso Soup with Bits of Fish

Ingredients:

  • Miso soup base
  • Chopped extra sashimi
  • Green onions

Steps:

  1. Place raw fish into bowls. Boil soup and pour over fish. Garnish with green onion.

Miso Marinated Black Cod

Ingredients:

  • Black cod
  • Butter (room temp)
  • Pickled ginger

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 380°F. Smear foil with butter and place cod skin-side up.
  2. Bake for 12 minutes. Raise temp to 450°F and bake 2 more minutes. Serve with pickled ginger.

Jessie’s Girl Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Sammy’s Beach Bar Platinum Rum
  • 1½ oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
  • ½ oz triple sec
  • ¼ oz grenadine
  • Orange and pineapple wedges

Steps:

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice, pour over fresh ice, and garnish with fruit wedges.
