Skateboard royalty Tony Hawk and wildcard Jason Ellis stop by to make two stoner staples: classic Pizza Rolls and a loaded Veggie Pizza. They talk tattoos, UFC antics, and what it really means to land a 900.

Pizza Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking sheet

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place a small spoonful of sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and onion in the center of each square. Sprinkle with oregano.
  4. Fold corners to center and pinch to seal. Flip seam-side down onto baking sheet.
  5. Beat egg with water and brush over tops. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

Veggie Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust or dough
  • ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out crust and place on a pizza pan or stone.
  2. Spread sauce over crust and layer with cheese and chopped vegetables.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil and slice to serve.
