Lemon Pepper Sea Bass with Wilted Spinach

Lemon Pepper Sea Bass

Ingredients:

  • Sea bass fillets
  • Lemon pepper

Steps:

  1. Season both sides of fillets with lemon pepper.
  2. Bake at 425° for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Wilted Spinach

Ingredients:

  • Baby spinach
  • Pine nuts
  • Minced garlic
  • Feta cheese

Steps:

  1. Toast pine nuts in a pan.
  2. Add garlic.
  3. Wash spinach and place it in the pan while still damp.
  4. Cook until spinach wilts.
  5. Fold in feta cheese and serve.
