Ahi Tuna Burgers
Ingredients:
- Ahi Tuna Fillets
- Sesame Oil
- Egg
- Almond Flour
- Diced Jalapenos
- Chopped Green Onion
- Minced Ginger
- Garlic Cloves
- Cilantro
- Soy Sauce
- Sriracha
Steps:
- Cut tuna into 1” pieces and add to a food processor. Drizzle sesame oil on top and pulse until just chopped.
- Transfer tuna to a bowl and combine with remaining burger ingredients. Form into patties and chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
- Cook patties on a flattop for about 3½ minutes per side.
Sriracha Aioli
Ingredients:
- Mayo
- Sriracha
- Lemon Juice
- Minced Garlic
- Salt and Pepper
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to use.
Asian Slaw
Ingredients:
- Veggie Slaw Mix
- Green Onions
- Jalapenos
- Shredded Carrots
- Rice Vinegar
- Chili Sauce
- Honey
- Dijon Mustard
- Garlic Cloves
- Sesame Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Steps:
- Combine slaw mix, green onions, jalapenos, carrots, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Heat vinegar, chili sauce, honey, mustard, garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a saucepan until bubbling. Remove from heat and stir in olive oil.
- Pour dressing over slaw and toss to combine.
Lobster Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:
- Cooked and chopped lobster meat
- Dry pasta
- Butter
- Flour
- Onion Powder
- Dry Mustard Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Milk
- Light Cream
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Shredded Gruyere Cheese
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Bread Crumbs
- Chopped Parsley
Steps:
- Mix bread crumbs, melted butter, grated parmesan cheese, and parsley. Set aside for topping.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, make a roux with butter, flour, onion powder, mustard powder, salt, Old Bay, and pepper. Slowly whisk in milk and cream until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheeses until smooth. Stir in pasta and half the lobster meat.
- Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining lobster and breadcrumb mixture. Bake at 400°F for 20–30 minutes until golden.
