Homemade Potato Chips & Dijon Baked Salmon

Whitney Cummings and Tim Dillon join Bert for a chaotic two‑parter: ultra‑crisp air‑fryer potato chips and a tangy dill‑Dijon salmon that (almost) sends them over the edge. Salty, zesty, and unreasonably funny.

Homemade Potato Chips (Air Fryer)

Ingredients:

  • Russet potatoes
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Other seasonings, to taste

Steps:

  1. Coat air‑fryer tray with cooking spray.
  2. Thinly slice russet potatoes on a mandoline.
  3. Lay slices flat (no overlap) on tray.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and desired seasonings.
  5. Air fry at 360°F for 15 minutes, until crisp and golden.

Dijon Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillets
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon mustard
  • Lemon zest
  • Fresh dill

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon, lemon zest, and chopped dill until smooth.
  2. Spread a thin layer over the tops of salmon fillets.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes, until just opaque and flakes easily.
