Ingredients:

  • Sourdough bread
  • Brie
  • Apples (thinly sliced)
  • Honey

Steps:

  1. Layer brie and apple slices on sourdough, drizzle with honey, close, and griddle until golden and melty.

Grilled Cheese #2: Camembert, Cheddar, Thyme & Lemon

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough bread
  • Camembert cheese
  • Sharp cheddar cheese
  • Fresh thyme
  • Lemon zest
  • Apple slices

Steps:

  1. Layer Camembert, cheddar, thyme, lemon zest, and apple on sourdough; grill until cheese melts and bread is crisp.

Grilled Cheese #3: American, Bacon, Cheddar & Gruyère

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • American cheese
  • Cooked bacon
  • Shredded cheddar
  • Shredded Gruyère

Steps:

  1. Spread mayo on the outsides of the bread; stack American, bacon, cheddar, and Gruyère inside. Griddle until deeply golden and gooey.

  • Kimchi

Steps:
