Ingredients:
- Sourdough bread
- Brie
- Apples (thinly sliced)
- Honey
Steps:
- Layer brie and apple slices on sourdough, drizzle with honey, close, and griddle until golden and melty.
Grilled Cheese #2: Camembert, Cheddar, Thyme & Lemon
Ingredients:
- Sourdough bread
- Camembert cheese
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- Fresh thyme
- Lemon zest
- Apple slices
Steps:
- Layer Camembert, cheddar, thyme, lemon zest, and apple on sourdough; grill until cheese melts and bread is crisp.
Grilled Cheese #3: American, Bacon, Cheddar & Gruyère
Ingredients:
- Sourdough bread
- Mayonnaise
- American cheese
- Cooked bacon
- Shredded cheddar
- Shredded Gruyère
Steps:
- Spread mayo on the outsides of the bread; stack American, bacon, cheddar, and Gruyère inside. Griddle until deeply golden and gooey.

Ingredients:
- Ciabatta bread
- Romano cheese
- Asiago cheese
- Kimchi
Steps:
- Layer Romano, Asiago, and kimchi on ciabatta; press and grill until the cheeses melt and the bread is crisp.
