Steps:
- Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.

- Add spinach by handfuls, stirring until wilted.

- Add cream cheese; cook, stirring, until melted and creamy.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Ingredients:
- Russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- Butter
- Medium onion
- Salt and black pepper
- All‑purpose flour
- Milk
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Butter a casserole dish.
- Layer half the potatoes in the dish; season with salt and pepper. Top with some sliced onion.
